Had a great experience with Promise Appliance Repair. I called and scheduled the repair. The technician called when he was on the way , to confirm ... arrival time. The problem with my stove was diagnosed quickly and they had the necessary parts to fix it on the spot. I think the pricing was fair and the service was great. I will call Promise next time I have an appliance problem, and recommend them to everybody.read more

Brandon came by to look at our oven and he was able to diagnose and repair much faster than I anticipated! I expected a long wait for parts and... several trips but he was able to fix quickly! Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional.He even took a few minutes and looked at our dishwasher and gave me a quick diagnosis of problems I had with the door closing properly.These guys are the best!!read more

I called after our washer quit working and they showed up the next day. The technician showed up on time and repaired our washer quickly and... efficiently. They are also reasonably priced compared to other appliance repair companies. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.read more

Brandon was fantastic to work with. My 14 year old Viking refrigerator started having an intermittent fan problem causing it to stop cooling. After... he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be repaired. His office had taken all the refrigerator model info and he brought spare parts including the ones to repair it. He answered my questions along the way and taught me a lot about how it works and the general repairs that might be needed over time.
